All maintenance plans are billed monthly and continue on a month-to-month basis. The agreement may be cancelled at any time with four weeks’ notice, effective at the end of the calendar month.

For Basic Plan clients, Termly Pro+ is billed as an annual license. If the maintenance agreement is cancelled before the end of the current Termly Pro+ license term, the remaining months of that annual license will be invoiced through the end of the active license period.

What is the difference between Website Care and Accessibility-Only plans?

Website Care plans include technical maintenance, backups, security updates, accessibility oversight, and Termly Pro+. Accessibility-Only plans are for organizations that already have technical maintenance covered and need dedicated accessibility support.

What happens when you find an accessibility issue?

We review the finding and determine its likely source and scope. Smaller issues covered by your plan may be handled through ongoing service. If larger remediation or third-party work is required, we explain the issue and recommend the next step before additional work begins.

Does monitoring guarantee ADA or WCAG compliance?

No provider can responsibly guarantee that a website will remain fully compliant at all times. Our services support ongoing accessibility work and risk reduction, but they do not constitute legal advice or guarantee protection against complaints or claims.

Can I enroll if Ideary Works did not build my website?

Yes. We begin with an onboarding review to understand your platform, website condition, and known accessibility concerns. If significant pre-existing issues need attention first, we explain those requirements clearly.

How does the 30-day free trial work?

Your selected plan is free for the first 30 days. This gives you time to experience the service before regular monthly billing begins. Any onboarding requirements or work outside your selected plan will be discussed separately.

Can I cancel my plan?
